E-COMMERCE AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - ModelCo HQ, Sydney, Australia
An exciting position exists for a newly created role at ModelCo Head Office supporting our Digital, PR and Marketing team as an E-COMMERCE AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT.

The role will see you primarily assisting our digital marketing and PR team however will also include various ad hoc admin duties assisting other departments across the business. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, action-orientated, digitally savvy, flexible and highly organised.

You will possess an exceptional time management and an understanding of deadlines, strong communication skills and are committed to working both individually and as part of a fast paced and dynamic team.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  •  Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with all facets of E-Commerce product merchandising including updating of visual assets, product descriptions, customer journey and user experience, pricing and inventory management
  • Assisting our e-commerce team with various customer service tasks. Including an extensive customer database, building strong customer relationships and management of online discount VIP codes
  • Assist with customer service and content management across social media channels in accordance with ModelCo brand and style
  • Generate and analyse relevant digital reports and provide statistics and digital insights where required
  • Provide support to the PR department with product send outs, responding to beauty briefs, event execution and media relations

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - ModelCo HQ, Sydney, Australia
As ModelCo Australia’s iconic beauty brand renowned for innovation continues to grow and evolve, an instrumental opportunity has been created for a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER. This role will see you lead and develop our Retail, Digital, PR, Content and eCommerce strategies, as well as formulating social, paid, EDM and digital activity in a smart, efficient and nimble way.

You will be responsible for tying marketing and creative together as the company, brand and its categories grow at a rapid pace. You will manage the digital (online) elements of the marketing mix as well as integrate with offline (print, PR, retail) and work with other departments (logistics, product development, retail) to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan is coordinated, aligned and consistent.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and keeping track of ROI on all marketing initiatives to measure success of campaigns & strategies and contribute to departmental competitive analysis to keep abreast of the market trends
